    Delivered to the wrong address

    Subscription was cancelled, still took money out of my account and sent the parcel to the wrong address. Emailed them regarding a refund or another box to be sent out and have not received a reply.

    It is impossible for funds to be taken out once a subscrition has been cancelled. Tracking indicates the parcel was delivered to the same address registed with us.
