Shipping and Refunds
Shipping of your quality Fetched product is FREE nationwide except for NT and regional WA where a small fee applies- see this detail in the shopping cart.
Shipping is by general courier and all insurance for damage, loss or non-delivery is covered by Fetched Co Pty Ltd
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday on the day that they are ordered if ordered before 1.00pm. If ordered after the cut-off time, they are despatched the following day. All orders placed on a weekend are despatched on the following Monday.
Delivery to most areas is 2-3 days maximum and in some instances is next day if you reside in east coast capital cities.
Delivery Drop Off
Delivery is door to door with no extra intervention necessary on your behalf.
With the use of general couriers, neither Fetched or the couriers can give an estimate time of arrival, and Fetched Co Pty Ltd have given permission for the couriers to effect the delivery to your door without a signature, if no-one is available at the time of drop-off.
Being a subscription based recurring business transaction, deliveries after the initial order will automatically be despatched according to the frequency of the meal plan.
After initial order you will receive a Thank You notification; then on despatch you will receive a tracking number notification, when the next recurring shipment is due you will receive a notification of the pending despatch. This process is then repeated on the delivery cycle.
Non -Delivery or Damaged Delivery
In the rare event that the delivery doesn’t turn up, goes missing or is damaged beyond use; please notify us at your earliest convenience on email@example.com and Fetched will despatch a replacement on expedited freight within 24 hours of the notification.
We will refund 100% of the first order if our product doesn’t suit your dog at any time in the first 14-day transition period.
Simply let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your subscription, and refund your first payment in full.
