    Very bad delivery schedule

    I have been getting boxes at random times. 2 in 3 weeks and now another one is on the way. I have emailed for an explanation but no response

    Good food

    Kora eats all of the kibble. I mix it with wet food (home cooked) every day and she gobbles it up. Very happy with the service too.

    This is the 2nd time now when I have sent an email to you to not send the order as I cook food as well for her that you have taken the money from my account & the goods have not come. I take it that you got my message both times. BUTwhat is it that you still take my money out of my account? I think that unless your right hand doesn't know what your left hand is doing then I will have to cancel you food all together. It is a pity as Millie is doing well with it. I still have 2 full boxes here & that does not include the other 2 boxes that have NOT arrived. If I keep getting this food for her then it will be when I need it NOT when you think I need it. A reply from you would be appreciated. Thank you
